Must work well with an existing team, manage deadlines and communicate effectively both internally and with clients. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with all company processes. Handle change orders, RFIs and many coordination roles for each project as needed. Process quote requests, process take offs, handle submittals and additional adjacent responsibilities may be required. Salesman tasks including: meeting with clients, handling call volumes, establishing and maintaining relationships, updating and maintaining project costing, budgets and information systems.

Hands on trade experience preferred for better understanding of scopes and construction process. Primarily focuses in Division 7. Specialty insulation systems such as Spray Foam, Blown In Insulation. Also Fireproofing, Firestop, Waterproofing.

Must have experience with estimation software (preferred experience with planswift), excel intermediate to expert level, word and outlook. Must have great familiarity with plans both commercial and residential and have confidence with take-offs. Must be able to take direction with preferred quantity take-off methods for consistency within system.

Thermo Solutions Insulation Inc. is looking for a team members to add to our growing group. Installer or helper with any of our products. We are based in the west end. We service Edmonton and the surrounding areas. Our hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Overtime opportunities dependent on work load.

Circumstances and training opportunities can accelerate this minimum year requirement so growth potential is high for the correct candidate. Training will be provided with the products we install. To name a few: spray foam, loose fill insulation, fire stopping, fireproofing, thermal barriers and waterproofing.

Requirements: Valid Class 5 drivers’ license with clean abstract. Spray foam certification, construction experience and drywall skills are an asset. Experience driving 3 and/or 5 ton chassis cube vans/trucks is preferred. We require a positive attitude, willingness to learn and be able to work in a team environment. Must also have: CSTS 2020, First Aid, Fall Arrest, AWP, WHMIS

Must have 1 years of experience with insulation, reliable transportation and valid license.  Must be setup and have subcontracting experience complete with insurance and WCB.  Most work arrangements paid by piece work.  Some opportunities by the hours could be available.  Must have first aid, PPE and fall protection certificates.  Have all of your own tools to complete job.  Please leave your resume which includes work experience and references.
